Reopening the Doors: Phase II
As we enter Phase II, we want to recognize and respect the needs of our members who are at risk, while allowing liberty for those who have lesser concerns. The leadership team has decided to move the church into Phase 2 of our reopening. Masks will be optional on the EAST side of the sanctuary (away from the parking lot) as long as proper social distancing is maintained. Masks are still required on the WEST side of the sanctuary and when in the hallways.
Anyone who is concerned about exposure is encouraged to sit on the west side of the sanctuary as far as they feel is necessary from the center aisle. Social distancing requests 6 feet of separation. The center aisle is about 10 feet wide.
We are aware that some may feel this is too restrictive while others may feel it is too loose of a standard. We will never be able to please everyone on this issue, so please exercise grace and consider the needs (physical and emotional) of those who may disagree with you.
